Book 1 - The Last
The War of Souls is lost
For five thousand years, the Nephilim, begotten by the angels cast out of Heaven, have fought to corrupt mankind. Opposing them are the Ageless, the offspring of the Seraphim. Mankind’s fate hangs in the balance.
But Hell cheats...
While Earth suffers a slow-motion climate apocalypse, the love of Heaven is losing the War, while the hate and lies of Hell are winning. When the last human soul is finally corrupted, Armageddon will sweep the Earth clean.
Only one warrior for Heaven remains, Empa, the last of the Ageless, daughter of the Seraphim Raphael, Angel of Healing. She is opposed by the full complement of Hell's minions, two-hundred Nephilim. She’s unable to quit, even though she knows all is lost.
But the war isn't over yet, and hope rises unbidden. Empa searches for a weapon that may tip the balance toward Heaven’s favor for the first time. With the experiences and skills of thousands of years, but an equal burden of PTSD, she is a survivor. She has learned from the very best and worst of mankind, finally shunning love to avoid heartbreak.
But love is her greatest weapon against the minions of Hell.
Book 2 - The First
Empa and Gippy now have a weapon that might tip the balance of the War of Souls in their favor, but they also have a promise to keep. From the journal of Terpsichore, granddaughter of Israfal, the angel of music, they know the reason she left Emil Ferrell was that she was pregnant with his child. This unprecedented event has forced her to flee, for Ageless cannot bear children. Or so they thought.
The quest for Cora and her child is as much a quest for how this could happen as to where they are. The only clue to the former was Emil’s possession by the Nephilim son of Azkeel, the Angel of Destruction. What this union of Heaven and Hell might be, and what this means for the War of Souls, drive Empa and Gippy deep into the devastated jungles of Central and South America, but they’re chasing a 20-year-old trail, and much of that trail is death and ashes.
But their search has not gone unnoticed, and the Hounds of Hell are on their trail, wreaking devastation and murder in their path. For neither will stop until they find the first offspring of Heaven and Hell.
Book 3 - The Eternal
Armed with the knowledge that Terpsichore is alive, Empa continues the quest for her. Now, however, the search isn’t just for Emil, but for Canción. The search will be even more dangerous than their quest through the hurricane-ravaged jungles of Central America, for the eyes and ears of NAFAS and the Nephilim are on them. Unfortunately, refusing to continue the search isn’t an option, for the impetuous young grandson of the angel of music won’t be denied their reunion.
But Empa had concerns about their quest and Canción, for the power he wields could be corrupted, or even turned against her. And there is Chaki to consider. The woman once possessed by the succubus Duvara can’t be trusted, but she’s agreed to help in their search.
The Nephilim, however, have also learned of this strange new power in their War of Souls, and though it is terrifying, they seek to wield it themselves.
The Hounds of Hell are on the hunt once again, led by the Son of Samyaza, Fallen Angal of Pride, leader of the Nephilim, and CEO of the most powerful media conglomerate in the world. But hubris is a two-edged sword.
